Can I Order Samples Before Bulk Production?
Yes. We recommend ordering samples before placing a large wholesale or customized order.
Samples allow you to evaluate the product and confirm the final requirements before bulk production.

Product details before moving forward with bulk production
Sample cost, shipping fees, and production time depend on the selected product and customization requirements. For eligible orders, the sample fee may be deducted from the final bulk order, subject to the final order terms.
Sample production time does not include shipping time.

How Long Does Production Take?

In-stock products may be processed faster than customized products.
Standard wholesale orders require different production times depending on the styles and quantities.
Customized wigs may require additional time for sampling, approval, and production.
Custom colors, densities, cap constructions, labels, and packaging may require additional processing time.
Product development based on reference photos may require additional evaluation.
Production begins after product details, payment terms, and order information are confirmed.
An estimated production timeline will be provided before order confirmation.
Production time does not include shipping time unless otherwise stated.

How Do You Ensure Product Quality?
Our standard quality control process covers key inspection points throughout production and packing.
Depending on the product type, inspections may include:

Final appearance before shipment
For selected orders, pre-shipment photos or videos can be provided for your review. Third-party inspection can also be arranged upon request and according to the order requirements.

How Do You Handle Shipping and After-Sales Service?
We arrange shipping according to the order quantity, destination, delivery requirements, and available transportation options.
Express delivery, air freight, and sea freight may be available depending on the order.
The shipping method will be confirmed according to the product quantity and destination.
Estimated delivery times will be provided before shipment.
Tracking information will be shared after dispatch when available.
Customers should check the package and product quantity upon delivery.
Any damaged, incorrect, or missing items should be reported within the specified time.
Photos or videos may be requested to help us review the issue.
Our team will investigate the situation and provide an appropriate solution according to the order terms.
Return or replacement eligibility may depend on the product condition, order type, and customization requirements.
Customized or used products may be subject to special return conditions.
Frequently Asked Questions（FAQ）
Quick answers to common questions about wholesale orders, samples, customization, shipping, and after-sales service.
Bulk Orders: Normally 15-30 days, depending on the order quantity.
Samples: Normally 3-5 days, 1-2 days for urgent orders.
Sample fees are charged at double the wholesale unit price. If an order of 100 units per style and color is placed, half of the sample fee will be refunded, which can be deducted from the order payment.
1). The MOQ for regular wigs and accessories is 30 units per style and color.
2). The MOQ for single clip-in pieces is 1000 sets per style and color, with each set containing 2 pieces.
3). For fashion model wigs with hard shells, if the size is different from our existing molds, a new mold will be required. The MOQ is 300 units per style and color, and a mold fee is also required. If the cumulative order reaches 20,000 units, the mold fee can be refunded.
Wigs: 30,000 units per month.
Accessories: 50,000 units per month.
