Raw Material Sorting & Initial Screening
This is the foundation of our entire quality control process. We screen raw materials at the source—removing impurities, short fibers, color inconsistencies, and substandard hair. If poor-quality materials enter production at the very beginning, all subsequent efforts are wasted. Our goal is simple: ensure every batch starts with quality raw materials.
Color Fastness Testing
One of the most frustrating experiences for end customers is color bleeding—staining collars, pillows, or even the scalp. This not only triggers returns but also damages your brand reputation through negative reviews. We test color fastness under multiple simulated wear conditions to ensure color stability and eliminate this risk entirely.
Shedding Resistance Test
